Situation Summary
With improved mapping, the Quincy Fire is now reported at 85 acres. Crews made significant progress overnight, and the fire is currently 50% contained. No more fire growth is expected. Extensive mop-up work continues, particularly with heavy fuels in the interior. Resources will be dedicated throughout today to secure and contain the fire.
