Current Situation

Situation Summary

Suppression repair continues while the fire remained interior of the fire perimeter with minimal fire growth. 

California Complex Interagency Incident Management Team (CACIIMT) 2 has replaced CAIIMT13. Their Information phone line is (213) 631-5455 and for website information visit: https://inciweb.wildfire.gov/incident-information/calpf-2024-lake-fire 

CAL Fire will remain in Unified Command with CAIIMT2, however CAL Fire Incident Management Team 5 will no longer be assigned to the Lake Incident, effective Sunday, July 21, 2024 at 7:00 AM.

  • Forest Road 10N06/Rancho Sisquoc closed east of Foxen Canyon Road. (Not open to the public.).

  • Zaca Lake Road east of Foxen Canyon at/near burn zone.

  • Figueroa Mountain Road east of Midland School at the forest boundary.

  • Multiple roads within the Forest Boundary remain closed.

EVACUATION ORDER:

  • The area between the western fire perimeter and the Los Padres National Forest Fire Area Closure.
  • Area east of La Brea Creek and Forest Route 10N06, south of the Los Padres National Forest boundary, and north of the Sisquoc River. 

EVACUATION WARNING:

  • Area east of Kelly Canyon, north of Sisquoc River, west of La Brea Creek and Forest Route 10N06, and south of the Los Padres National Forest.
