Current Situation
Situation Summary
Dozers and handcrews worked hard to establish a fireline around the entire eastern side of the community of Mariposa. As the fire activity is moderated, firefighters will continue to focus on the eastern side of the fire. Winds have calmed which has helped firefighters make progress overnight.
