Current Situation

Situation Summary

Little to no perimeter growth has occurred today. Continued warming and drying with increased afternoon winds are ventilating the interior of the fire; increasing the burn down and consumption of interior fuel loads. This is producing visible areas of isolated smoke. Tuesday night fire activity to remain moderate. Gusty and erratic outflow winds could cause increase of interior fire activity and increased smoke production. Fire anticipated to remain within established control lines.

Drivers in the area should remain alert for fire personnel and heavy equipment on or near the roadways.
