The Evacuation ORDER for the portion of the Rancho Fire that is West of Bear Valley and Cummings Valley has been downgraded to an evacuation WARNING. The situation can change very quickly, and visibility in the area may be reduced and roads can become blocked. Upon returning please be prepared to leave.
