Current Situation
Situation Summary
The fire did not grow overnight, as firefighters patrolled the fireline and cooled hot spots. Today’s operation will focus on strengthening containment lines around the fire perimeter. The hot temperatures and low humidity, combined with steep rugged terrain, will continue to present a challenge.
