Current Situation

Situation Summary

There was minimal fire activity within the Apache Fire area today. Crews spent the day strengthening containment lines and mitigating hot spots. Hazard trees were identified and fallen. Firefighters are working from the fire's edge toward the interior, making sure there is no threat of spot fires outside the main fire. Damage inspection teams finished inspecting each residence within and adjacent to the fire perimeter.
