Current Situation
Situation Summary
No fire growth and a minimal amount of heat was observed overnight. Mop-up operations and backhaul of fire equipment will continue today. Suppression repair
is ongoing.
A Red Flag Warning effective today at 11AM for high wind gusts and low relative humidity that could lower into the single digits. Temperatures are expected to cool
over the weekend.
Damage Assessment inspections have been completed.
The Local Assistance Center is located at the Weed Community Center, 161 East Lincoln Ave, Weed, CA. and is open today and tomorrow September 10, & 11, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The center will provide access to county departments, service providers, State, Federal as well as many others.
