Current Situation
Situation Summary
Firefighters are making an aggressive attack, including aircraft, on a 232-acre spot fire across the primary control line near the East edge of the fire. Windy and dry conditions have increased fire activity and uphill runs have been observed.
A Red Flag Warning is in effect through 8PM for high wind gusts and low relative humidity.
The Local Assistance Center is located at the Weed Community Center, 161 East Lincoln Ave, Weed, CA. and is open today and tomorrow September 10, & 11, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The center will provide access to county departments, service providers, State, Federal as well as many others.
