Current Situation

Situation Summary

Fire behavior was moderate with smoldering and creeping activity, with occasional small flare ups within control lines. Warm temperatures and critically dry fuels with gusty winds continue to be a concern with the dry thunderstorms in and around the fire area. Todays Red Flag Warning is in effect until 9 PM this evening, with a Red Flag Warning issued from 11 AM Tomorrow through the evening hours. Damage Assessment is nearing completion, inspection teams are still validating data.
