Status Update

Situation Summary

Throughout the day, moderate fire behavior has been observed. The Damage Inspection Specialist (DINS) team is currently conducting evaluations. Priority remains to repopulate evacuated areas as soon as it is safe to do so. Firefighters are taking advantage of the cooler weather and higher humidities to gain containment and strengthen fire lines around the fire. Please use caution while driving in the affected areas due to fire personnel and equipment still working in the area.
