Situation Summary
10/3/2024 8:40 p.m.: Forward progress has been stopped on the fire burning near Lake Piru, northeast of the city of Piru. The fire is currently at 301 acres and 14% contained. Approximately 500 firefighters are assigned to the incident with crews working throughout the night on increasing containment and continuing structure protection.
